My Dearest Friend

Today, I’m going to talk about one of my sweet friend.

I have many funny stories about her
J

First, I’m going to introduce her.

Her name is “Ayumi”.

When I was a junior high school student third grade, we were class mate.

We have been meeting everyday even holiday and sharing everything, so I know all about her and her history.

She is really pretty like everyone admits she sure is.

She also has good personalities such as understanding and flexibility.

She always listens to me and accepts me for what I am.

However, she has some problems, which I have many funny stories about.

She really does things at her own pace and doesn’t really care about others.

She has never been on time.

Moreover, when she wakes up late for her part time job, she just gives up and calls me and asks me “what should I tell them?”

She also searches on the Internet “how can I excuse my absence in job”. lol

She always has someone she likes at the part time job and she can almost every time get him (because she is really cute!)

Even though she has a boyfriend always, she doesn’t care that.

Now, she has a boyfriend. She has been with him about 3 years, but she has another boy sometimes.

However, why she cheats her boyfriend isn’t because she doesn’t love him.

Actually, she really loves him, but she thinks they are different between love and sex.

Now, I’m talking with her on Skype and she is just laughing about this blog. lol

It is also what I like about her; she has a sense of optimism.

Even if she cheats her boyfriend, I know a lot of her good point and love her.

I still have many stories and memories about her, so I would tell that if I have chance next time;)!

Thank you for reading!!

United 93 -Movie Discussion-

The movie “United 93” was made for us to remember the terrible tragedy.

Maybe this film has been made too soon after the 9/1 attacks for people who has a victim in their family or friends.

However, things usually become less important over time, so that the film has made had mean for us.

If I were the victim, I could have not done the things they did in this film.

I might just be panicked and pray that they would release me.

Even if I were the victim’s family, I might have not said to the victim “fight”.

Probably, the thing that is happening in this film wasn’t exactly happening realty, but the truth is that United 93 plane couldn’t attack United States Capitol by terrorists, and a lot of people were saved with that.

Even if the film has something different from realty, this achievement is never changed.

There is an important massage that to remember and not to happen this horrible tragedy again for us in this film.

I remembered more clearly by this film and will never forget the 9/1 attacks.

My Sweet Pet

I have had four pets in my life.

They were very cute and always made me happy.

My first pets were tropical fish. They don’t have name.

I had a cistern, and there are many small, beautiful fish.

My favorite fish was a neon tetra which has small blue body and red point.

I don’t remember exactly when I had them, but long time ago before I have gone to elementary school.

What was hard for my brother and me is when we change the old water to new water, we had to take all the fish into a bucket.

I didn’t want to touch fish even with a net; I was scared to touch them.

But when I was looking at the cistern and beautiful fish, I felt calm.

I don’t want to remember, but unfortunately they were eaten by golden fish which were into the cistern.

It supposed to keep with my beautiful tropical fish.

Since that point, I have hated golden fish, and I don’t like even any beautiful fish likewise.

My second pet was a hamster. His name was Cook.

He had soft motley looking coat.

I’m not sure cook was male or female though. lol

He was gotten by my brother from my brother’s friend.

I liked when he was eating a sunflower kernel from my hand and enter under the fridge during a chasing.

He was very cute and smart, and I had played with him every day.

My third pet was a squirrel. Her name was Pudding.

I got her from my friend when I was an elementary school student.

She was very active and liked playing on a hamster wheel.

She often escaped from the squirrel cage and flew all over the house.

I had studied how to treat a squirrel a lot, but she passed away soon from I got her.

I thought I might be wrong something, so I felt really sorry :’(

My fourth pet was a dog. Her name was Chu-chu.

My family got her from an animal hospital.

She was a half-bred; she had brown furfloppy ears, and a black nose.

She was strong and fierce, so I was little afraid of her. lol

But I liked when I called her, she would come to me.

I couldn’t take her walk because her power was stronger than me, and she always took me the different way she wanted to go.

So my father always took her walk, and I followed them.

I liked the time we walked together. We could see Mt. Fuji very well; it was beautiful.

The day before she dead, she was fine, so we didn’t know the time she dead.

My brother found her in the early morning in her house at the outside of my house.

I’m so sorry to her that she dead alone.

She was always cute and attached to us.

Death of loved pet is very sad, so I sometimes don’t want to have pet anymore.

However they always made me happy or feel better when I was alone or sad.

I loved them and I want to have pet again sometime.

My Favorite Bar in Japan

 Hello my friends,

I think most of my friends like eating and drinking.

So, today I’m going to talk about my favorite bar in Japan.

The bar called “WAN” and this bar is a chain store, so they located many place in Japan.

I will talk about the bar which is located to Ebina, which is my home town, and I used to work there when I was a high school student.

First of all, you will welcome with a nice smile and greeting.

The company is offering a great customer service seriously to each bar, so you can get the high quality service.

Inside the bar, almost things are made by wood; a table, a door, and floor.

You can enjoy a space for relaxation and you can feel relaxed and calm.

In addition, there are a lot of varied rooms you can get.

You can choose a stylish counter bar, staid private room, or large private room.

Secondly, there are many delicious food and unique drinks.

“Tezukuri-Tukune”, which means a handmade meat ball, is the most popular dish in this bar menu.

It’s got tons of melted cheese inside the hot meat ball.

If you bite the meat ball, the creamy cheese will spill over from it.

Drinks in this bar have special names such as “Sleeping Beauty”.

“Sleeping Beauty” is a non-alcohol cocktail, made from green apple juice, grapefruit juice, and cranberry juice.

It is pale pink and fruity smell.

When I had an accident

What was the biggest shocking case in your life?

I’m going to tell you one of my biggest shocking cases; that I had an accident.

First of all, the time is when I was a high school student grade 3th, final year of high school.

Summer vacation of the year was coming up, and I was excited making many plans for the summer vacation with my friends.

I had a great part time job, and it made me want to work.

I just had gotten new boyfriend, and I had time with him happily.

So, I was living a perfect day then. lol

It happened when I was going to my work place by my cute, small motorcycle witch was most costly shopping at the time in my life.

It was little rainy day, and I put my brother’s helmet on that day of all others.

When I reached a crossroad near a park speedy and I looked at my right side; I had a bad hunch.

In the next breath, I was shocked in air, I was flying!!

I had heard when you have some situation you can’t change, it would be like slow motion, and it was.

I got down, I screamed “ ita~~~~~i!!!!!!!”(in Japanese “ouch”) and some people who were around the crossroad came to me.

Apparently, a car run a red light and attacked me.

Then because a man said he called for ambulance, I was reassured and called to my work and my family for inform what’s happening.

Surprisingly, I was conscious all of the moment during going to a hospital, a doctor fixed my leg joint to proper place, and my family came to me in tears.

Other thing I was shocked is that it wasn’t that painful.

It was painful surely, but I was thinking “it’s this much?” because I thought having accident is veryyyyyyyyyyyyy painful.

I could bear the pain though I sometimes couldn’t sleep from the pain.

Most shocking thing is that I couldn’t move my legs because my legs were broken.

I couldn’t believe that was parts of my body?; moreover, I couldn’t leave a bed for a whole month and I couldn’t even sit at right angle on the bed.

I had to stay at the hospital during the summer vacation of my last year as a high school student, and after leave the hospital, I still couldn’t do many things I could do because I had to use crutches.

However, because my family and friends came to meet me often so that I don’t feel lonely, and brought my favorite snacks, food, magazines, and so on, I could had endured the accident.

There were many shocks at this experience, and it was very hard for me, but this experience let me realize how much I am loved from people around me.

My Life in Winnipeg

Today I’m going to talk about my life.

I have been to live here and taken IEP program for 10 months.

My life in Winnipeg is quite different from my life in Japan such as taking classes and having free time.

First of all, a class style is definitely different.

IEP offers a small group class less than 20 people and often take discussion style in it; therefore, it can lets students work through to a class and create students’ own opinion.
Time of a class is also one of the reasons that students can concentrate to a class; an IEP class is 50 minutes of each.

On the other hand, classes I take in Japan are almost lecture style and more than 40 people can take each class, and 90 minutes of each class, so students likely get tired of it and just listen without understanding.

I can be learning many things in IEP now, and it’s changing my stance for study and class.

Secondly, there are some differences about my life style.

In Japan, I had a part time job. I earned my own money and could use them whatever I wanted, so when I had some free time, I almost spent them for working.

Although I haven’t had enough time to sleep, done something for relax, it was normal for me, I was always busy.

I had to make a plan if I have blank on my diary.

Now, in contrast, I don’t have any job, and I have much time I can use freely like hanging out with friends, doing something for relax, or studying more than my area.

I’m having such a full life witch is differ from my life in Japan as well.

I think coming to here is becoming a turning point of my life because if I haven’t come to here, I couldn’t know these differences, different opinion from others from many discussions, and I suppose that I might just live the same life style as always I had.

Only less than 2 months later, I’m going back to Japan.

I hope I can take advantage of this experience to my later life, and remember all of my memories in Winnipeg.

Wedding Ceremony in Japan

In Japan, spring and autumn with their mild climates are popular seasons for wedding ceremonies, of which there are three main styles.

There are Christian style, Japanese style (held at a shrine), and the making of wedding vows in front of guests.

Nowadays the majority of ceremonies are Christian style. Most of them are held at hotels or ceremony halls. Many brides want to wear white, Christian style dresses, and some religious ceremonies are even held completely in Christian style at a Christian church even though the couple may not be Christian.

After the collapse of the bubble economy, a simple ceremony called "Jimikon" Jimi means conservative has become popular among couples considering getting married, but in recent years, a more showy ceremony is again gaining popularity while the number of overseas weddings is also increasing.

However, recently the case of shotgun wedding (it called “dekicyatta-kon” in Japan) is increased, and 82% of all "dekichyatta kon" babies, more than any other age group, are born to teenage mothers, so some people don’t have their wedding.

To me, wedding is a dream of girls, so I really want to have a wedding.

This is the wedding which my favorite model had.
She was particular about what she chose in the wedding, so the wedding was cute, pretty, and fashionable.

When I saw this wedding on a magazine, I felt I can’t wait to get married!
My parents had both are Christian style and Japanese style weddings, I hope I can have both weddingsJ

My camp for driver license

I’m going to talk about one of my memories; it was a little bit hard, funny, and important experience for me.

About 3 years ago, I joined a camp to get driver license after graduate my high school.

Usually we can get driver license two different ways.

You can attend a training school whenever you can, so you can get it with your normal life style.

However, you need to reserve a class and practice with trainer, and sometimes you can’t reserve easily because many people want to do especially during graduation season or summer vacation.

In contrast, you can join a camp about 2 weeks.
You will be decided your day schedule, so you have to focus only getting it.

However, to join a camp is cheaper than to attend a school, usually a camp is less than 3000 dollars, and a school is more than 3000 dollars.
I was a high school student and I didn’t have much money, so I have chosen a camp. lol

I went to Tochigi, which is pretty countryside, with my best friend.
We had been so excited about to join the camp because it was our first travel as only usJ

However, we were very surprised when we joined because we had to drive at first day, and at night. I was so scary and tired.
I finally got my room which is like a monthly apartment at 10 pm at first day.

I had 3 roommates, one was my best friend who came there with me, and others were 2 girls who came from Tokyo.
Our ages are close and we could get friendly easily.

The apartment we stayed had two floors, boys stayed first floor, girls stayed second floor.
There were many people whose ages are close to us, so we could get friendly with them as well.

We had a party every night, and couldn’t have enough time to sleep, so I was always sleepy when I had a class or driving practice.
It was too dangerous and hard time, I was always scared.

We spend time together every day, so when we left from the camp, we cried because we were like brothers and sisters.

Now, however, we are keeping touch, and sometimes meet each other.
I don’t need to care them and I always have fun with them.

This experience have become one of my best memories and made my important friends.

I miss them and I’m looking forward to meet them after I go back to Japan!!

Dear My Friend

I’d like to give you some advices if you want to come to Winnipeg from Japan.

First of all, you don’t need to worry about the cold.

You can get used to the cold as not long as you think.

For me, -10°is normal temperature now.

If you feel cold, you can wear more, and inside is definitely warm.

Secondly, you can buy anything in here such as shampoo and toothbrush.

You can even buy Japanese foodJ

When I prepared for coming to Canada, someone told me Winnipeg has nothing.

I should buy many things for living Winnipeg. lol

However, if you have something you have persistence such as cosmetics, or lotions.

You should buy them instead Japanese food, like green tea!!

I think you will not drink green tea often!

Thirdly, you should save money for travelling from Canada to somewhere because there are many countries that are closer than Japan.

For example, my friends who come from Japan almost have been to USA. You shouldn’t pass up this opportunity.

Most importantly, you should talk to many people who came from different country.

Then you can make many friends and improve your English skills.

Also you can know about different cultures from your friends.

If you will talk only Japanese, it will be waste time. You can make Japanese friends in Japan!

I wish your life in Canada would be greater by these advices! Good luck!

Why I like "Breakfast at Tiffany’s"

 Do you know Audrey Hepburn?

I really like Audrey Hepburn, who is extremely beautiful, and I always gape at her.

Recently, I have watched one of her movies named “Breakfast at Tiffany’s”.
The movie is a stylish and attract by the refined taste. I’m going to introduce the heroine, Holly Golightly, who Audrey Hepburn plays part of the movie.

I like her too because she is very attractive.

First of all, holly is very free.

She hates bondage and always lives freely without thinking about tomorrow, so she doesn’t tether her cat too.

The cat doesn’t have name, she calls it “cat”.

Secondly, She has confidence.

She thinks men are money and she doesn’t feel guilty about cheating on men for money, but, none the less, no one can hate her from her beauty and pretty behavior.

However, sometimes she is purity like a little girl.

For example, she has a dream that someday, she will have a place she can be relax like the moment when she is looking at Tiffany.

So far, she has not found the place, so she writes down her name card “travelling” instead her address.

Finally, she is fashionable.
Her room, clothes, and shoes are all stylish, so most ladies who have wished that you could buy all things you want such as beautiful shoes, dresses, or accessories are must be enamored with her.

I was one of these ladies, so I have become carried away with her and this movie.

If you are interested in this movie, watch it! You must have a good timeJ
